What Hesabi does
Hesabi helps you record shared costs, ask people for what they owe, and track who has paid. Hesabi records payments; it does not hold or move your money. Payments happen through Instapay, your bank, cash, or our card partner Paymob, under their own terms.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Only add people you have a real reason to ask for money, and only with details you are allowed to use.
- Do not use Hesabi to harass anyone, for fraud, or for anything illegal.
Amounts and records
Bills, amounts and "paid" marks are entered by you and the people on the bill. Receipt scanning can make mistakes; check the numbers before you ask anyone to pay. Hesabi is not responsible for disputes between people about what is owed.
Paid plans
Plus, scan packs and Business are bought through Google Play or the App Store. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your store account; refunds follow the store's rules.
Availability
We work to keep Hesabi running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features, and will tell you in the app about changes that matter.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Hesabi is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for amounts people owe each other.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
